Get fit, don’t quit with our WSW Strength and Conditioning program for young players aged 8-21 yrs!

West Sydney Wolves Strength and Conditioning Program is the perfect program for basketball players wanting to improve their overall fitness, strength, stamina, coordination and more!

Our Strength and Conditioning program is conducted outdoors for its proven benefits in regulating blood pressure and heart rate, and makes up one of two intensive programs in the Wolves Academy.

This program focuses on building player strength, coordination, peripheral skills, mobility, speed, agility, technical and tactical performance as well as faster regeneration and resilience in the game.

PROGRAM DURATION: 10 WEEKS
SESSION DURATION:  60 minutes
COST: $200 + 4% Merchant Fee
Membership fees apply.
